Rates include weekly maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Weekly rental rates include all utilities except phone calls. Tenants renting by the month will be expected to pay separately for electricity, phone and cable TV.

Airport pick-up, vehicle rental and welcome pack can be provided by arrangement.

Firm bookings will be reserved for 7 days and may be secured by paying a 50% deposit. Half of this will be refunded if the booking is cancelled no later than 60 days before the start of the rental. The balance of the rent plus a damage deposit of US$500 will become payable 30 days before the rental begins.
